We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with cashier duties in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Process product returns and exchanges
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are appealing
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Skills
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
- Experience with cash register operations
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Knowledge of stock management procedures
- Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Competency in cash handling procedures
- Previous experience in a grocery store setting is a plus

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
