Job Summary
The Boiler Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining boilers to ensure efficient and safe operations within industrial settings.
Duties
- Operate and maintain boilers and associated equipment
- Monitor boiler operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Perform routine maintenance on boilers to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot issues with boilers and related systems
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Keep accurate records of boiler operations and maintenance activities
Skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical systems
- Experience with HVAC/R systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of industrial mechanics
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Proficiency in maintaining and operating boilers
- Field service experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
