This is a full-time W2 position, with no subcontracting or C2C.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general cleanliness of office
- Manage janitorial services
- Kitchens/Cafes – ensure supplies are stocked, dishwashers are turned on and emptied and refrigerators are cleaned out on a regular basis (local office staff responsible for putting their own dishes in dishwasher).
- Responsible for various office postings – keep bulletin boards up-to-date
- Shipping/Freight – U.S. Mail, Fed Ex, couriers, Stamps.com/postage machines
- Oversee and/or order local office supplies
- Manage and/or perform reception services, maintain visitor log book
- Manage reception training for practice regarding accepting legal documents when delivered to office for all staff who cover the front desk
- Office Security – help address local office issues, badging
- May assist with conference room scheduling, set-up and clean-up, and order food
- May perform other administrative duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Suite, Front Office experience (reception)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $24.39 - $25.33 per hour

Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
