Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Expertise: Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to assist guests in making informed choices.
Order Management: Take and input orders accurately, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages in accordance with fine dining standards, focusing on presentation and timing.
Table Maintenance: Attend to tables throughout the meal, refilling drinks, clearing dishes, and ensuring a clean and comfortable dining environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on food trends, seasonal menu changes, and beverage offerings to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants is preferred.
