Process Server Job description:
Same Day Process is immediately hiring a qualified contractor for the Washington DC Metropolitan area, Washington DC, Southern Maryland and Northern Virginia. This is aCommission-based process server position. It is reccommended that you reside in this area. Process servers with experience in this industry are welcome!

Same Day Process Service seeks a polished and professional candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, superior customer service skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-pace environment.
POSITION SUMMARY:
· It requires the ability to keep confidentiality of client and company matters.
· Deliver legal documents to witnesses, defendants, and other parties whose participation or input has been deemed necessary by the courts, be it a local, municipal, or federal.
· Read and type status reports and fill out forms and other legal documents, including Service and Due Diligence Affidavits.
· Perform data entry into company phone application (Android and iPhone friendly)
· Gather data and information for projects of moderate scope.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Flexibility - We are willing to work with your schedule; include the times of day you would be available with your cover letter.
· Driver's License
· Reliable transportation (Recommended 20+MPG)
· Valid automobile insurance
· Accurate typing and strong written communication skills
· High School diploma or GED required
