As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences. From helping customers find exactly what they need to assisting with product displays, you’ll be at the heart of our retail team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products
Assist with sales transactions and handle cash and card payments efficiently
Maintain store displays to keep the sales floor neat, organized, and visually appealing
Help customers with product questions, providing knowledgeable, friendly service
Support team efforts to meet store goals and provide an outstanding shopping experience
Promote store sales and promotions to ensure customers are aware of current offers
Assist with restocking inventory and ensure products are properly shelved

What We’re Looking For:

A positive, approachable attitude with great communication skills
Customer-focused with a desire to assist and make each shopping experience enjoyable
Strong organizational skills to help keep the store running smoothly
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying friendly and professional
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required
