POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting a Home Care Consultant. This full-time position is $50k/ year, with an unlimited commission structure. This is a direct hire with our client, and is based in Montgomery County, MD, and must be okay with driving to DC.
This role plays a pivotal role in helping make a difference in people's lives. As a Home Care Consultant, you will be working with doctor's offices, resident homes, and other facilities to help educate the population with the option of home care, and how it can be life- changing for those who may need an extra hand at home.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Meet or exceed monthly leads, conversion rates and client billable hours goals.
· Responsible for finding and developing strong relationships with referral sources to ensure a continuous flow of client referrals.
· Coordinate and oversee all marketing and business development efforts for assigned territory.
· Quantify weekly and monthly sales goals.
· Secure contracts/agreements with referral sources, programs, and other organizations.
· Implement inside and outside marketing and sales initiatives to increase client census.
- Communicate regularly with Business Development Manager.
- Participate in sales training, and certification specialty training that improves industry knowledge.
- Develop strategic exposure opportunities for Visiting Angels.
- Collaborate with other Home Care Consultant/Team members to plan territory events.
- Perform client intakes, assessments and follow sales process from lead through Start of care.
- Responsible for marketing material management for assigned territory – Social media posts, event photos, videos, captions, and newsletters.
· Conduct a minimum of 20 new referrals and follow-up visits on a weekly basis.
· Establish a networking plan with goals, initiatives, strategy outline for day-to-day follow up.
· Develop a visitation schedule to referral sources to maintain and grow partner relationships.
· Develop and maintain prospects, clients, and referral sources databases.
· Accurately complete required documentation and reports within the established time frames, of marketing and sales activities using company systems.
- Track marketing efforts and reviews with Business Development manager weekly.
- Assist in the development of the marketing plan.
- Study the competition and best practices and conduct market analysis at least bi-annually.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma, required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Standard hours of work Monday through Friday, 9am – 5:30 pm ET, however evening and weekend hours will be required. Advanced notice will be given for weekend hours.
- Travel will be required.
