We're currently looking for a talented Field Maintenance Technician to join a fast-growing real estate company with a large portfolio in Washington, DC

This role involves ensuring apartments are guest-ready, handling minor maintenance, coordinating turnovers, and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee apartment setup and ensure units are fully prepared for move-ins.
- Conduct inspections before guest arrivals and after departures to maintain quality standards.
- Perform minor repairs, troubleshoot technology issues (e.g., WiFi setup), and assist with furniture assembly.
- Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate property turnovers.
- Manage supplies, inventory, and assist with operational projects like key tracking and storage organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or operations preferred.
- Ability to perform light handyman tasks and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Tech-savvy (familiar with email, messaging apps, and digital checklists).
- Valid driver’s license required; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
