Role Description
This is a full-time, on site position for a Lighting/multi media production manager for Washington Talent Agency in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area (headquarters in Rockville, MD).
PLEASE do not apply unless you have ALL the following skills, not just some:
- Experience with programming intelligent lights. (do not need to be an expert)
- Experience or knowledge with setting up LED Video Walls (Knowledge of setting up and running Video Walls is enough if you have no actual experience)
- Experience with Managing people
- Experience with Warehouse/asset management
- Ability to lift 75lbs or more
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Advanced knowledge of signal flow for audio and video
Responsibilities
- The Lighting Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lighting and Multi Media aspects of events, collaborating with the production team, loading in, setting up, and operating lighting equipment, training and on-boarding team members, scheduling the crews, and ensuring the design meets our clients' needs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
