We are seeking a detail-oriented Stockroom Utility Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, stocking, and managing inventory in the stockroom to ensure efficient workflow and supply availability. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to handle various stockroom tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Pick, pack, and distribute materials to production or other departments.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
- Keep stockroom areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous stockroom, warehouse, or inventory management experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour
