We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Administrative team at Pender Veterinary Centre! The Facilities and Inventory Associate works alongside the Inventory Supervisor, Maintenance Team, and Client Service Team to ensure Pender is at its best at all times. The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced working environment and truly enjoy working on their feet in collaboration with multiple departments to make sure all the hospitals needs are met. Primary Job Responsibilities

● Help ensure maintenance and proper storage of supplies and equipment.

● Participate in bi-annual physical inventory counts.

● Help oversee and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance of grounds and client areas, including, but not limited to, seasonal coordination of snow and leaf removal.

● Work with the Inventory and Facilities Supervisor to coordinate the maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.

● Work well with all team members and ensure that your actions support the hospital, the doctors, and the practice philosophy.

● Perform other duties as assigned.

This position requires a valid Driver's License.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
