Llamabar Cafe is a vibrant cafe and restaurant located in DC’s Navy Yard, offering a unique blend of expertly crafted coffee, artisanal cocktails, and delicious cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender/Barista to join our team and provide exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, cocktails, and other specialty drinks.
- Engage with customers to provide friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Maintain a clean and organized barista and bar station.
- Follow proper drink recipes, techniques, and presentation standards.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender is required.
- Ability to craft high-quality espresso drinks and cocktails.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, mixology, and beverage trends.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Managerial experience is a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years old (for alcohol service).

Pay: $17.50 - $19.31 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
