Responsibilities:
- Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist healthcare providers with examinations and procedures.
- Prepare patients for tests and procedures, including explaining the process and answering any questions.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing patient concerns and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Phlebotomy
Working in the OR helping in procedures
- Conform to applicable HIPAA, Quality Assurance and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
- Completion of a medical assistant training program or relevant certification.
- Experience in Women's Health - Required and Infertility/IVF experience is preferred
