We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Bilingual E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our online sales operations. This role will involve managing customer feedback, processing orders, and handling customer service cases. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese, as they will provide bilingual customer support via email and phone to address any customer concerns.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Account Health: Monitor and ensure the account's performance metrics, such as feedback rating, order defect rate, and cancellation rate, are within acceptable thresholds.
2. Create and Manage Cases: Open and manage cases for account-related issues, such as product disputes, performance notifications, or customer complaints. Work with support teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
3. Process Orders: Monitor and ensure timely order processing, ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time.
4. Customer Service Support: Provide bilingual customer service (via email, phone, or chat) to address inquiries, issues, and concerns. Resolve problems in a professional and timely manner to maintain a positive customer experience.
5. Handle Returns and Refunds: Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for customers.
6. Monitor Seller Performance: Track seller performance and provide reports or insights on ways to improve key performance metrics.
7. Assist with other tasks related to the operation of the ecommerce store.
Qualifications::
1. Bilingual in Chinese and English required.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
3. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
