Sales Representative – Bathroom Remodeling Products Job Overview

Ma's Kitchen and Bath is a wholesale company that sells bathroom and kitchen remodeling materials and products such as cabinets, countertops, shower doors, etc.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth by effectively communicating the value of our vanity cabinets, countertops, and shower glass doors.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your job will be to identify and acquire new contractors, builders, and remodelers clients by introducing our kitchen and bathroom remodeling product lines with wholesale opportunities
You will also grow sales through maintaining and enhancing client relationships with existing accounts within your assigned territory
Visit potential customer’s showrooms, schedule meetings, and provide presentations of product and service offerings to gain their business
Prepares sales invoices for orders obtained and provide organized follow-up to close the purchase(s)

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based sales role, offering unlimited earning potential
No base salary, but the opportunity to earn high commissions based on performance

Requirements

Proven sales experience in direct or wholesale sales, preferably in home improvement or cabinetry
Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage relationships
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build lasting client relationships
Must have a vehicle for travel
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an outside sales environment
Bilingual in Spanish (Required) to better serve Spanish-speaking contractors

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
