We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently according to recipes and house standards
- Provide full-service guest support including taking orders, delivering drinks/food, clearing tables, and checking on guest satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by creating a welcoming, engaging, and professional guest experience at all times
- Maintain expert knowledge of the menu, cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and specials to confidently guide guest choices
- Upsell premium spirits, specialty cocktails, bottles, and add-ons to maximize sales while enhancing the guest experience
- Handle high-volume service while staying organized, attentive, and personable
- Accurately operate POS system, manage tabs, process payments, and handle cash responsibly
- Prepare bar for service including stocking liquor, garnishes, juices, ice, glassware, and bar tools
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as inventory checks, restocking, breakdown, and securing the bar area
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards across bar, service stations, and guest areas throughout the shift
- Wash and polish glassware, wipe surfaces, and ensure workspaces remain clean and clutter-free
- Follow all alcohol safety procedures including checking IDs and responsible service practices
- Communicate clearly and proactively with managers, servers, bartenders, DJs, kitchen, and support staff to ensure smooth operations
- Support teammates during busy periods by assisting with service, running drinks, bussing, or resetting tables as needed
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment with professionalism and reliability
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Experience in a restaurant or bar setting is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Base hourly: $18 + additional tips
