Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in nightclub or restaurant settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional service to guests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders and answering questions about the menu.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including Aloha POS, while adhering to all cash handling procedures.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Participate in special events such as banquets or private parties as required.
Qualifications
- Must have restaurant bartending experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
- Familiarity with retail math for managing cash transactions effectively.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
