Quality Air Services is looking for a skilled Warehouse Assistant with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations and inventory management to support our growing Heating & Air Conditioning team. If you thrive in a structured environment, love staying organized, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Be the backbone of our HVAC warehouse operations:
Inventory Control:

Track, count, and maintain stock levels with precision.

Conduct physical inventory checks and resolve discrepancies.
Use inventory software to ensure records are always up-to-date.
Shipping & Receiving:
-
Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
-
Package and prep outbound shipments with accuracy and care.
Work with shipping carriers to schedule and track pickups.
Warehouse Operations:

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Help load and unload trucks as needed.
Support Field Technicians:
-
Stage job materials and tools for HVAC crews.
Track tools and assist with equipment coordination.
Documentation & Reports:

Maintain records of all inventory transactions.
Prepare regular activity reports for warehouse leadership.
You Must Have:
-
Minimum 2 years of warehouse & inventory experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in inventory software + Microsoft Office.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.

Forklift experience a big plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bonus Points If You Have:

HVAC industry experience.
Certifications in inventory, logistics, or forklift operations.
