JOB SHIFT: 10-5PM - MINIMUM 3 DAYS NEEDED.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making sales,greeting customer and helping them with their needs.

Responsibilities

Puntualility
Knowledge of our product to present to customers
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Utilize basic math skills for inventory and running pos system.
Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products during customer interactions.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
Assist in training new employees on production processes and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Basic math skills, including familiarity with retail math concepts, are essential for this role.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as it may enhance communication with diverse clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. .
Willingness to learn new skills related to manufacturing processes and product knowledge.
