Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and motivated Sales & Design Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design and sales, with the ability to effectively engage clients and translate their visions into reality. This role requires a blend of artistic flair and business acumen, as you will be responsible for guiding clients through the design process while managing accounts and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that enhance their spaces.
Utilize design software to create detailed layout designs and visual presentations for client approval.
Conduct inside sales activities, engaging potential customers through consultations and follow-ups to drive project acquisition.
Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service and communication.
Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, timelines, and design specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Participate in outside sales efforts by attending trade shows or networking events to promote services and expand the client base. .

Experience

Proven experience in interior design or a related field is preferred, showcasing a portfolio of completed projects.
Strong in home sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is highly desirable.
Proficiency in design software is essential for creating compelling visual layouts.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in account management is beneficial for fostering long-term client relationships.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
