As a Sales Trainee, you will work closely with our sales representatives to support client acquisition efforts, assist in scheduling and follow-ups, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll help drive customer engagement by ensuring materials are ready, leads are followed up on, and customers receive the information and service they deserve.
Sales Trainee Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person customer engagement efforts to ensure customers are being viewed, heard, and supported with personalized service and clear product solutions
- Help prepare and organize customer service and sales materials for daily field use
- Support scheduling, lead tracking, and follow-up communications with prospective customers
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and help track progress toward goals
- Provide on-site assistance to the sales team during customer presentations and enrollments
- Ensure clients and customers have a professional and seamless experience
- Stay informed on our telecom products and services to support team members with accurate information
Sales Trainee Requirements:
- A professional, upbeat attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and procedures
- Reliable and organized, with great attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working in face-to-face environments and supporting field activity
- A team player who’s eager to grow and contribute
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or administrative support is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation to local sales locations

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
