What You’ll Do
- Consult & Style: Conduct one-on-one styling sessions at our showroom and guide clients through fabrics, customization, and cohesive wardrobe building
- Measurement & Fit: Take expert measurements, facilitate fittings, and ensure flawless fit and tailoring
- Sales & Client Development: Build a loyal client base through referrals, networking, trunk shows, and personalized follow-ups
- Client Experience: Provide a concierge-level service, pre-appointment prep, outfit education, and post-delivery check-ins
- Brand Representation: Attend and represent Brimble & Clark professionally at events and trunk shows

First year average is $85,000 to $95,000 which is made up of a $52,000 base pay and commissions. Our expectation is that you ramp up your commissions to bring your base pay to at least $105,000 annually by year two.
