Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing our organization with professionalism and courtesy.

Duties

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in client information and records.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
Utilize EHR for document management and communication.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the office.
Assist with Medical Assistant duties when needed to include- rooming patients, taking vitals, EKGs, bloodwork, chart prep, etc.

Skills

Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred but not required.
Previous experience as a medical assistant is required.
Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Proficient in calendar management to coordinate appointments effectively.
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately for data entry purposes.
High level of computer literacy to navigate various software systems.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
