Sommelier Assistant Position Summary:
The overall objective of this position is to support for the Sommelier in completing responsibilities in the various food & beverage outlets. This position is primarily responsible for selling wine and engaging with guests to enhance their experience, in addition to coordinating activities of the restaurant to provide fast and courteous service to patrons.
