Position Overview
We are looking for an aggressive, high-performing salesperson who thrives on closing deals and driving revenue. This role requires someone who can meet with clients, create compelling 3D pool designs, prepare accurate construction estimates using QuickBooks, and confidently guide customers from concept to contract.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners, builders, and developers (in-person and virtual) to evaluate project goals and site conditions
Create custom 2D/3D pool designs using industry software
Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates in QuickBooks (materials, labor, timelines)
Present proposals professionally and close sales effectively
Manage and follow up on company-provided leads
Maintain and track your personal sales pipeline
Ensure smooth project handoff to construction and project management teams
Stay current with pool construction trends, materials, and pricing
Represent the company with professionalism and confidence

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in pool sales, landscape design sales, or outdoor construction sales
Strong understanding of swimming pool construction methods and estimating practices
Proficiency in 2D/3D design software (Pool Studio, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar)
Must be proficient in QuickBooks and able to create detailed project estimates within the system
Proven closing ability and strong negotiation skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical plans
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated with strong time management
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
