What the Role Looks Like
As an Event Assistant, you’ll:
- Represent well-known brands at community events, trade shows, and partner locations
- Engage directly with potential customers and educate them about products and services
- Set up and break down promotional booths, displays, and branded materials
- Drive awareness through in-person outreach and interactive demos
- Monitor results and report feedback to the marketing team to help refine strategy
- Work closely with team leads to meet outreach goals and campaign KPIs

Schedule: Full-time, with weekday and some weekend availability based on events
Location: On-site in Hyattsville, MD and nearby markets
Pay Structure: Weekly base + bonuses
