Roman Chariots LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating out of Springfield, VA. We deliver Amazon packages with speed, accuracy, and care. We are looking for reliable and energetic Delivery Helpers to support our drivers and help ensure on-time deliveries.
Job Description
As a Delivery Helper, you’ll assist a Delivery Associate with the loading, organizing, and delivering of Amazon packages. No driving is required, but you must be physically capable of handling packages and assisting with deliveries across multiple stops.
What You'll Do
· Ride along with Delivery Associates to support delivery of packages.
· Assist with loading and unloading Amazon delivery vans.
· Help navigate routes using GPS and ensure timely delivery.
· Carry and handle packages safely (up to 75 lbs).
· Maintain professionalism and uphold Amazon’s customer service standards.
· Assist with van organization and basic safety checks.
Basic Requirements
· Must be 18 years or older.
· Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs.
· Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
· Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in delivery, warehouse, or logistics (preferred but not required).
· Familiarity with the Springfield, VA area is a plus.
· Comfortable using mobile devices and GPS apps.
Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Typical shift length: 8–10 hours.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
