Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility and possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical and electrical systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, schedule maintenance, and document repairs.
Analyze schematics and blueprints to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
Operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters and ammeters to assess electrical systems.
Fabricate parts as needed to maintain machinery functionality.
Collaborate with other technicians and departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

Proficient in industrial maintenance practices with a strong understanding of manufacturing facility operations.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints effectively.
Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in machinery operation.
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
Competent in using tools such as ohmmeters, ammeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members.
