What Youll Do

Support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks
Help process orders, prepare quotes, and manage customer records accurately and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person always with professionalism and a helpful attitude
Track inventory, coordinate product availability, and follow up on deliveries
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials
Maintain a clean and organized sales area (digital or physical)
Anticipate team needs, solve small problems before they grow, and help ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish

What Were Looking For

1+ year of experience in retail, sales support, or customer service
Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email tools
Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with customers and team members
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines
Eager to learn and grow someone who takes initiative and shows up ready to help
