Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality and be able to provide exceptional customer service while managing their responsibilities efficiently. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wine to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the preparation of garnishes and the cleanliness of equipment.
- Manage cash register and handle payments accurately.
- Utilize basic math skills to manage inventory and ensure accurate orders.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the menu and make recommendations to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of hospitality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and handle food service tasks as needed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service and minimize delays.
- Keep up-to-date with brewery offerings and provide recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a fine dining environment with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including beer and wine.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash register operations.
- Experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
