Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- Maintain full knowledge of drink recipes, rotating beer/wine lists, and specialty cocktails
- Engage guests with friendly, professional service while creating a lively, welcoming bar atmosphere
- Manage bar inventory, stock, and prep before, during, and after shifts
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations
- Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately
- Assist servers with drink orders and collaborate with the restaurant team
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of mixology, beer, and wine
