As a Server, Host or Back Waiter/Food Runner, you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide our guests with an exceptionally distinctive dining experience!
- HIRING both full-time and part-time talent. *Weekend & holiday availability required*
- Hosts & Back Waiter/Food Runners – experience not required – 3 shift/week minimum
- Servers – experience preferred – 5 shift/week minimum
- Hosts & Back Waiter/Food Runners earn $19/hour or more based on experience
- Top Servers earn $1,000 – 1,500/week
Host duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Offer guests a warm greeting and farewell during their visit
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions
- Manage restaurant wait list to accurately set guest expectations
- Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment
Back Waiter/Food Runner duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent hospitality and a one-of-a-kind dining experience
- Deliver all food orders to guests in a timely and gracious manner
- Provide support for kitchen operations and quality check food as it leaves the kitchen
- Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest’s expectations
Server duties include, but are not limited to:
- Guide guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
- Take accurate orders and work with the team to deliver a dining experience that meets or exceeds guests’ expectations
- Provide welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well cared for
- Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
