Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Server Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our establishment maintains high standards of cleanliness and customer service. You will be responsible for supporting the food service operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms to uphold sanitation standards.
Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Assist in food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling guidelines.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs with professionalism.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow during busy service periods.
Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as required.
Maintain communication with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
Experience in catering or hospitality settings is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning, serving, and food preparation.
