Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage operations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience through attentive service, menu knowledge, and effective communication.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide recommendations for food and drink pairings, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Uphold food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus, along with an understanding of food safety practices.

Pay: $17.95 - $50.00 per hour
