Role and Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance repairs for residential apartments; carpet cleaning, caulking bathroom, installing blinds, furniture repair touch ups and etc.
- Perform painting for apartment walls.
- Assist with apartment move in/move out inspections and periodic quality assurance inspections.
- Document damages and issues according to company standards.
- Perform set up of furniture for the apartments, this may include moving lifting and exchanging furniture.
- Troubleshoot residential cable and internet issues
- Maintain supplies/inventory so that it is organized and accurate
- Communicate issues promptly to Customer Service and Operations Department.
Education and/or Experience Required
High School diploma or GED; English speaking (English as a second language is ok); Maintenance experience/Craft skills experience such as painting and carpet shampooing. Hospitality experience a plus but not required.
Must have a valid and clean driver’s license and must be comfortable using computers and other electronic equipment, such as cameras, laptops and smartphones. Having an iPhone is a plus, as the work schedule will be dispatched through the company’s field application, which is optimized for iOS

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
