Infinite Technologies, a patient health clinic providing Orthotic and Prosthetic services, is seeking a dynamic Orthotic and Prosthetic Fitter/Assistant. This individual will need to thrive in a structured, fast-paced, fun environment where patient satisfaction is the top priority.

Essential Functions (Training also provided through an orthotic fitter course):
- Provide patient orthotic bracing needs including spinal, lower extremity and upper extremity braces
- Measure, fit and adjust devices per physician orders
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation of patient care provided
- Maintain accurate stock lists and inventory of all DME
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize and plan for the purpose of meeting deadlines
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide patient follow-up for selected patients.
- Marketing to other medical professionals
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations; compliance with Medicare and other governmental regulations; compliance with bloodborne and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift patients using biomedical techniques frequently throughout the course of a work day/shift; must be capable of easily lifting fifty (50) pounds of weight alone.
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a work day/shift.
- Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people, and understand written direction.
- Ability to communicate wear and care instructions to the patient, family members, and nursing staff.
- Ability to push wheeled equipment throughout the facility.
- Fine motor skills adequate for scheduling and preparing patients, equipment, and supplies for treatment.
- Valid driver's license and access to a car (traveling between facilities is an essential job function and you are reimbursed for your travel time)
