We are currently hiring Assistant Manager - Entry Level to represent top wireless brands and help customers find the best solutions for their communication needs while enrolling them into services.

As an Assistant Manager - Entry Level, you will explain service features and enroll customers into the wireless service plans that we offer. The Assistant Manager - Entry Level role will focus on building relationships, enrolling customers, executing sales, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This role does not require prior experience as an Assistant Manager - Entry Level as we provide training to progress the skills desired in this position.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager - Entry Level:

Engage with customers using a friendly and approachable demeanor to spark interest, start conversations, and identify customer needs in real-time with our services available.
Advise customers through our product offerings, explaining the value of different plans, data packages, device features, and service benefits.
Tailor enrollment approaches to each customer and budget to ensure they feel confident in their decision.
Guide customers through the enrollment process with clarity and enthusiasm by walking customers through every step of signing up for services, from choosing the right plan to submitting necessary information.
Collaborate with team members to share strategies, insights, and successes and participate in team meetings and ongoing training to improve your techniques and learn from peers.
Embody the values and standards of our company and our client by maintaining a professional image, practicing excellent communication, and going above and beyond to support customer satisfaction.

Assistant Manager - Entry Level Overview:

This position is a full time employment position located in McLean, VA. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.

Pay: 100% commission - $120-$210 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services
