**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host to join our restaurant team. As the Host you will be responsible for ensuring that the dining room is running smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant or cafe to be able to help us drive the success of our restaurant. This is a key leadership role that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Responsibilities:** -

Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, cash handling, and catering. - Assist the Manager and other staff members in the restaurant, providing help and guidance as needed. - Ensure that the dining room is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience. - Maintain a high level of knowledge of the restaurant's menu and policies.- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, setting a good example for all staff members.

**Experience:**

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably with a focus on fine dining or upscale casual restaurants. - Experience in kitchen management is essential, as is the ability to manage staff and handle cash and inventory. - Experience with catering and event planning is desirable, as is the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role is preferred.

**Skills:** -

Shift management and cash handling experience. - Ability to help and assist staff members as needed. - Experience working in a kitchen environment. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with bartending and providing exceptional customer service. - Experience with restaurant management software and other tools. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
