Banquet Staff – Servers, Hosts, Captains, Bartenders, Cooks & Culinary Staff
Location: Various event sites across the DMV
Pay:
- Front of House: $20–$25/hr (depending on event and role)
- Back of House / Culinary: $21–$30/hr (based on experience and position)
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced banquet professionals to join our growing event staffing team. If you have a background in high-volume events, hotels, catering, or country clubs—and you love delivering exceptional guest service—this is a great opportunity to pick up consistent, flexible work throughout the season.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2+ years of banquet or hospitality/event experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Professional, polished presentation and demeanor
- Reliable transportation to and from event sites
- Clean background required
- Must provide your own uniform, typically including:
- Black button-down shirt
- Black dress pants
- Black, slip-resistant shoes
- Additional attire may vary by event
