What You’ll Be Doing as an Energy Sales Assistant:
- Engage directly with local residents to enroll qualified households into no-cost solar subscription programs
- Guide conversations around how community solar works—breaking down the benefits in everyday language
- Address questions clearly and confidently, providing accurate, up-to-date information
- Track outreach efforts, appointments, and enrollment progress using internal software
- Stay current on local energy trends, solar policy, and household eligibility guidelines
- Collaborate with outreach teams to improve messaging, tools, and campaign strategies
