Piper Companies is currently looking for a Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) in Reston, VA to join a support team tasked with securing internal resources for a Worldwide leader in technology.
Responsibilities for the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) include:
- Provide guidance and support to company FSOs and DISS users regarding the PCL process and general compliance
- Communicate with government agencies when obtaining rulings and approvals for compliance regulations
- Partake in security inspections and be able to compare policies and procedures with corrective action
- Research security violations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications for the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) include:
- 3+ years of professional FSO experience
- Must have active TS/SCI CI poly
- Strong knowledge of DISS
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
Compensation for the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) include:
- Salary Range: $80,000-$150,000 based on skill level
- Comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, bonus, Sick leave as required by law, and 401K
