Do you have a passion for hospitality and connecting with people? Then Carlyle is the place for you! As a Host or Food Runner, you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide our guests with an exceptionally distinctive dining experience!
- HIRING both full-time and part-time talent. *Weekend & holiday availability required*
- Hosts & Food Runners – experience not required – 3 shift/week minimum
- Hosts & Food Runners earn $18/hour or more based on experience
Host duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Offer guests a warm greeting and farewell during their visit
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions
- Manage restaurant wait list to accurately set guest expectations
- Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment
Food Runner duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent hospitality and a one-of-a-kind dining experience
- Deliver all food orders to guests in a timely and gracious manner
- Provide support for kitchen operations and quality check food as it leaves the kitchen
- Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest’s expectations
