Immediate opening for a 32 hours/week Maintenance Handyman
We are a nonprofit, community-based organization providing Housing and Supportive Services for adults with mental illness and substance use disorders.
Job Description: Pathway Homes has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Associate. This full-time (32 hr/week) position is responsible for preventative and other maintenance of agency residential scattered site properties. This position requires rotating availability on-call.
- Assists with unit turnovers
- Supports tenant moves
- Routine & preventative maintenance tasks
- Pick up donations
- Completes routine inspections
- Posts tenant notices
- Assists with deliveries and coordinating with contractors
Required Qualifications: Experience with general maintenance and repair. Able to lift and move and supplies < 50lbs. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Good communication skills.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
