Solo OTR Company Driver
- Top drivers earn $130,000+ per year
- Base pay range: $0.59 to $0.64 per mile to start (DOE)
- Earn additional $0.04 CPM performance bonus
- Earn more with tarp pay, detention pay, layover pay, special loads, etc.
- $1,750 transition bonus (paid within first 2 weeks)
- Clean inspection bonuses
- Referral bonuses
- 3 weeks out, 4.5 days home

Driver Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 1 year or more OTR experience
- 6+ months flatbed experience
