Pay, Bonuses and Benefits

Average $1,200–$1,600 gross per week
$5,000 sign-on bonus ($1,500 after 1st load, $1,000 at 6 months, $2,500 1 year)
$3,000 referral bonus ($1,500 after first load delivers)
