Program Overview
This full-time, 6-month development program prepares you to become a Chick-fil-A Manager. You’ll receive hands-on coaching from certified trainers and experienced leaders while learning how to open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, manage teams, and support operations. Upon successful completion, you’ll be promoted to a leadership role with increased pay and responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and lead restaurant operations, including food service, guest experience, and team coordination
- Support opening and closing shifts to develop a full understanding of daily operations
- Assist with catering execution and ensure high-quality food and service for offsite events
- Drive sales through personalized guest interactions and community engagement
- Help monitor food and labor costs to support long-term profitability
- Train and coach team members to uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards
- Model a strong work ethic and a positive team-centered attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a leadership, service, or team-oriented role (minimum one year)
- A strong record of achievement in school, work, or extracurricular activities
- Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and lead by example
- Availability for early morning and evening shifts, with some flexibility
- Passion for delivering great service and a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to handle high-energy environments and manage multiple tasks at once

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $20.00 per hour during the training program.
After Program Completion:
- Pay increases to $21.00 per hour upon program completion. Higher rates available for highly qualified candidates
