As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their dining experience.
- Uphold health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $22.82 - $27.48 per hour
