Core Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation & Service: Mix and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accuracy and adherence to recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, interact with them to understand their needs, offer recommendations, and handle complaints with professionalism.
- Bar Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar, including washing glassware, managing inventory, and preparing garnishes.
- Sales & Transactions: Accurately process payments using a POS system, manage tabs, and ensure all sales are handled responsibly.
- Compliance: Check customer identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age and monitor consumption to serve alcohol responsibly.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service & Communication: Friendly demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Mixology & Knowledge: Proficiency in drink-making techniques, familiarity with cocktail recipes, and knowledge of liquor and other bar items.
- Multitasking & Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Inventory Management: Basic math skills for cash handling and the ability to monitor and manage bar stock levels.
- Problem-Solving: Critical thinking skills to resolve issues and address customer concerns effectively.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
