Child care center seeking a responsible, motivated, energetic, and professional candidate to take on the Administrative Assistant role at our Fair Oaks center.
Reporting to the Center Director, this candidate will be expected to assist in office management and building’s operation; the Administrative Assistant will support or assume the following center responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provides operational support to the Center Director.
- Acts as primary point of contact when Center Director is unavailable.
- Meets and greets current/prospective families, provides tours and curriculum enrollment information.
- Assists Center Director in implementing various strategies for boosting and maintaining enrollment.
- Organizes and participates in center events, activities, and trainings.
- Establish positive working relationships and communicate effectively with corporate administration, staff, parents, children, and members of the community.
- Prepares necessary reports for corporate office.
- Performs all administrative and support duties as requested.
- Support Center’s compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies.
- Manage account receivables
REQUIREMENTS :
· Leadership skills with the ability to manage staff
· Ability to establish professional and respectful relationships with co-workers and parents
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Must demonstrate organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· A friendly and outgoing personality
