As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play an important role in delivering a great customer experience while helping drive the ongoing success of our team. What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and help identify the right home furnishing solutions.
- Provide a positive, low-pressure shopping experience.
- Leverage product knowledge and strong communication skills to assist with purchases.
- Build long-term customer relationships through reliable follow-up.
- Contribute to store performance through a thoughtful, customer-focused sales approach.
